Colonic self-expanding metallic stents (ComVi)

The Niti-S™ COMVI™ Enteral Colonic Stent combines the advantages of coated and uncoated stents. Its triple-layer design includes an expanded PTFE (e-PTFE) membrane between two layers of nitinol, providing an effective barrier against tumor invasion while maintaining the flexibility and strength necessary to adapt to colonic anatomy. The uncoated ends allow for improved stent fixation, reducing the risk of migration. This model is especially useful in cases where the goal is to prevent tumor growth within the stent without compromising device stability.
