SERVO U

The SERVO-u is an intensive care ventilator with an intuitive interface and integrated clinical tools, designed for personalized lung therapy in adult and pediatric patients. It offers a wide range of ventilation and support modes for various respiratory conditions, facilitating personalized and efficient care.

As our most advanced ventilator, Servo-u is based on more than 50 years of revolutionary innovations. It incorporates unique decision-making support tools, such as transpulmonary pressure, the Open Lung tool, Servo Compass®, the stress index, and Edi (electrical activity of the diaphragm). Fundamentally, it also includes our exclusive NAVA ventilation mode. In other words, a comprehensive solution that does not require changing ventilators or devices.

Neural Pressure Support (NPS) and NIV NPS

NPS and NIV. NPS complements NAVA and NIV NAVA, providing synchronized pressure support (PS), where both breath activation and flow termination are based on the patient’s neural respiratory drive. NPS can help reduce the incidence of premature expiratory cycling and harmful eccentric diaphragmatic contractions, common with conventional flow-cycled PS. The higher pressurization speed compared to NAVA may offer advantages in the treatment of patients with restrictive ARDS and obstructive COPD.

Servo TwinView: a virtual twin of the Servo-u ventilator

Servo TwinView provides near real-time remote data from your Servo-u and Servo-n ventilators. Regardless of where you access Servo TwinView, the information is presented in the same way as on the ventilator.
