EUSRA is a specialized electrode for endoscopic ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation (EUS-RFA), primarily designed for the treatment of pancreatic tumors, mucinous cysts, insulinomas, and other deep or hard-to-reach lesions.

Due to its design compatible with 19G EUS needles, the EUSRA allows for direct and safe insertion through the echoendoscope’s working channel, providing precise, localized ablation under direct ultrasound visualization. This improves therapeutic accuracy and minimizes the risk of complications.

EUSRA is equipped with a thermally controlled active electrode and passive cooling technology, ensuring uniform energy delivery while sparing surrounding tissue. It is a valuable tool for patients with unresectable pancreatic tumors or candidates for palliative care, allowing tumor volume to be reduced and symptoms to be alleviated.
