The highly portable Cardiohelp system can be rapidly deployed to transport patients within and between hospitals requiring respiratory and\/or circulatory support.<br \/>\nThe extracorporeal life support provided acts as a bridge to recovery, destination therapy, or transplant, allowing for optimization of the patient&#8217;s therapy. It can be used for up to 30 days in cases of circulatory or respiratory failure.
